For contractor Waal and timber builder Linkwood, we produce a range of videos and provide photography throughout the construction of the Valckensteyn project in Rotterdam. We created multiple construction updates, instructional videos for the construction crew, and a mini-documentary about building this timber high-rise.

Valckensteyn is an initiative by Woonstad and is one of the Netherlands’ largest affordable timber residential developments. The building is 40 metres tall and includes 82 mid-range rental apartments. It is an iconic wooden residential building with an elegant, circular and fully integrated sustainable design by Powerhouse Company.
